Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This Policy governs refunds and cancellations for subscriptions and paid services purchased by merchants from Upstorr (for example Pro plan, Managed services, add-ons). It does not apply to sales between merchants and their customers, which are governed by merchant policies.
2. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or for other terms described on our pricing page.
- Fees are charged in advance via Razorpay or other approved payment providers.
3. Cancellations by Merchants
- You may cancel your subscription through account settings or by contacting support.
- Unless otherwise specified, cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
- After cancellation, no further subscription fees are charged unless you re-subscribe.
4. Refunds
Unless required by law or explicitly stated in a specific offer:
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period.
- In exceptional cases (for example extended technical issues caused by us that materially impact service use), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or partial refund.
Promotional or discounted offerings may include additional refund terms, disclosed at the time of the offer.
5. Managed Services
- Fees, notice periods and any refund/credit arrangements are defined in the applicable agreement or statement of work.
- Unless that agreement states otherwise, retainers are non-refundable once the service period has started.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us:
- We may suspend or terminate access pending resolution.
- We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with supporting evidence.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@upstorr.com within 7 days of the transaction.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
